8 Arms App Development Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of any application developed and published by 8 Arms App Development ("we", "us", "our"), including apps available through the GoHighLevel marketplace and other platforms. By installing or using any of our apps you agree to these terms.

The service

Our apps integrate with third-party platforms to automate workflows, sync data, and extend platform functionality. The specific features and behaviour of each app are described in its marketplace listing. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

 Your responsibilities

- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect the accounts and data you use with our apps

- You must not use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of any API keys or credentials you provide

Payment

Some apps are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing is described in the relevant app's marketplace listing.

 Subscriptions are billed through the platform on which the app is installed (e.g. GoHighLevel). You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any app if these terms are violated or if required by a connected platform. You may stop using any app at any time by uninstalling it.

Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost revenue, or other direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our apps.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Australia for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as permitted under the governing law above.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
